What happened??!!!

I got a profile cl1200 amp. I was listenening to it one day and all the sudden the bass stopped. So later that day I checked it out, and all three 30 amp fuses were blown on the amp. I got some replacement fuses. Everytime I tried to put a fuse in, it popped instantly. So after burning up a few fuses, I changed my fuse on the power wire, and unplugged everything from my amp. I plugged the ground, power, and remote wires back in, and then I go and hook my power wire back up again(I disconnected it while i was wiring up everything). As soon as I touch the the end to the fuse, I hear a pop(keep in mind I was under the hood, and I heard the pop from the trunk. I walk back there, expecting something bad, to see my amp smoking, and none of the fuses were broken.

Was it just time for that amp to go or what? Was it my wiring
