Well for starters, the 750 is about $20 more (according to MSRP). Aside from that, there's the completely different face. The specs look pretty similar, although I didn't compare the lists too hard. Here's the detailed info, incase you didn't already have it:

the 740 is last years model, the 750 is the new model
