where to put amp

a while back i got my amp and h/u stolen. i am now getting a new amp and am worried about it getting stolen again. my question is where should i put it. the main problem is that i have an suv so you have clear view into the trunk. i thought of putting it under the seat but it will most likely be too big plus im worried of it overheating or getting wet or dirty. so any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thanks alot.

You could always build a false floor for the trunk of the SUV. As for overheating, you could throw a fan or two in it for exhaust/intake. Lay down some carpet over the floor, and even you'll forget that it's there!
