Wiring Capacitor W/out A Charger

I just bought a Performance teknique capacitor 1.0 fr... without any instructions or charger... do i need to charge it, or can i just install it like it is?

My other question is: Do i wire the ground from the body or battery???

they say the shorter the ground the better so yes, defnietly the body
