I have exactly the same problem ! I've tried a few different boxes . Sub up port back has sounds the best so far . I am trying to figure out a way to get my 18 facing the rear but it's to dang Big . Like you say with the Hight only 14 tall it's about impossible .

When Crechindo says stable at .5 ohms on strong electrical . How Strong is that . I will be running .8 ohms but I was wanting some specific . Anyone ?

I've been looking for a used Bc2000 for around $300 . I've done a lot of research and for my application it seems to me to be the best choice . I want to power my dc 18xl dual 1 ohm . I'm hoping maybe it will be .5ohm stable but if not i could maybe afford to purchase another one to link it .
