    SOLD Fs: Jbl 1200.1

I have a JBL 1200.1. I have had it for around 5 months and it has worked perfectly but a week ago it just went into protect. I'm not sure why and I haven't checked anything out, but I'm sure it can be fixed. When It went into protect it was very cold in my car and I wasn't even using the...

    Hifonics BX1500D Birthsheet

I dont have a benchtest....and I dont have anything to prove it, but I can agree with it putting out 1500 watts. I have 2 12" SE's wired 1 ohm on my BX1500D, and when I turn it up it is deffinently pushing my subs to their max and beyond that. The amp has got power, enough said.

    subwoofer

it's not extremely underpowering the sub, but why not get an amp with more power. At least 800 watts if not a little more. I know if I would have gotten an amp that maybe was even slightly underpowered I would regret it and would have wished I got a more powerful amp

    jl vs re

Hands down I would go with the RE SE's. Look at the situation, you can get any of those two subs. Ok so whats the loudest of those subs...SE's. Ok so whats the most expensive of those subs W3's. I would go with the 2 12's, which is what I did. If you give the SE's 750 watts each, baby do...

    What amp ....$600 spending limit

I dont know what you're driven, but 2 12" ed A's, XXX's or anything of that sort will strain your electrical system if given the power they deserve. I would look more towards and ed K or an RE RE or RE SE. As for the amp....if you have 2 Type R's and you're sealed I would say 650 watts would...

whcih subs 2 SEs or 1 XXX

I can triple that....I have 2 12's in a ported box with a BX1500D, and lets just say this....If you are looking to get two SE's with a BX1500D save up some money for sound dampening because ****.... My SE's hit hard as hell when I feed em the full 1500 watts from the amp....nuts. Dont know...

    grand cherokee

From What I know you can not get wiring from there. I know I didnt, so I dont think It is possible, especially since I dont think there are RCA cables from that Infinity amp...it is a pretty simple little amp, I doubt you could do it.....But I could be wrong

I dont know about you guys, but my sunroof motor rattles like CRAZY. It makes the loudest rattling noise with deep bass that is so bad I can't listen to alot of music. How do you get to the sunroof motor? It looks incredibly hard and something that I could not do myself, espcially since I...

what is angle in box for?

Lastly,(And I think most importantly) alot of the angled boxes are smaller and if they did not have the angle on it, then when you accelerated fast the box would just tip over (mine has done it before). The angle prevents this when angled in the front.

Alright....thanks, I'll go to Ace hardware and see if they have that 3M glue. Hopefully it works better then the Mopar **** I paid like 12 bucks for that held my mirror up for 2 days.

    ohm explaination please

all ohms really has to do with is your amplifier and how much power you get out of it (or what your amplifier is safe down to). From what I understand ohms is pretty much some sort or resistance which makes less watts. In other words, if an amp is stable down to 1 ohm, then it will put out...
