all i have running into the headunit from the amp is the amp control and the two rear sub hookups

turned my car on today and the head unit would not turn on checked my radio fuse and found that it was blown so i thought ok simple fix and found the problem then replaced the fuse well i have the new fuse in and the power is running to my amp but the head unit still refuses to turn on. does...

see i got the box from a friend and he said to me that it has a switch where you can either keep them on constant or have them pulse the lights are built in and all but i dont know if he was right on the switch atleast i have yet to find one

yeah i was told when i got it not to hook the lights up to the amp. the box does have the plus and minus hookup for the lights i was just unsure of how to wire them the proper way and how to get them to pulse with the bass

i have a sub box that has led lights built in i would like to hook them up so that they pulse with the bass but im not sure how to go about doing this any tips are appreciated, also any sites where i could get info

i do love the JL very much it was given to me for free and i have had no problems with it thats why im so stuck on what to do plus the visoniks just take up way too much trunk space i purchased them for cheap without doing any research to help out a friend in need
