I wouldn't tune em that low, either.

that is going to be one long port at that freq... try tuning around 32hz if your using these in a car.

i'd give them a bit more airspace (try 7 cubes) and definitely raise that tuning to about 32-34.

guy had 2 4" aeros on his 15" type r and he said it did fine, and i think he hit like 146 with it

whats your system goal?, whats your maximum space for the enclosure?

how much power do you have available? what vehicle is this going in? these is necessary information, that will help us make a better judgment on the advise we give you.

I have a toyota tacoma 2004 extra cab truck... currentli i have 1 type r 15 running off a mrd m1005 and i have my second amp on order...... i had considered just buying 1 more 15 and calling it good but i saw a 4 12 setup in a silverado.....

Max dimension 53" wide, 24 height and 16 " in depth... if i wall the whole thing i can go up to 34 inches...

i wanna get loud but have decent sound q..... daily only perpose unless i opted for some dmx stage 2 ( massive audio woofers ) i hear they real good....

why on the spec sheet for a 12" type r it says that 1.3 net internal volume is enough and you guys says 2.5 or bigger for ported applications.......
