4th Order Sealing

I am about to build a 4th order for an SA 12 and want to have a removable side so i can access the sub. What have you guys used as a sealer? would weather stripping work or something like cured caulk?

Ppl use weather stripping or even amazing goop because it's like a rubber when cured and u will be able to get it off.

Any kind of elastic sealant would work, be it sillicone, foam, etc. I would use T nuts to mount it to the box so you don't wear out the holes over time with screws.
