5 channel Amps ?

I would like some input on 5 channel amps from -

Polk Audio PA1100.5

PowerBass ASA 1100.5x

Infinity KAPPA FIVE

Kicker 08ZX700.5

Hifonics ZXi 8010

US AMPS AX 5600

Budget $300.00 to $400.00

My Alpine PDX-5 is clean sounding, just lacking in the thump dept.

I sold my old Alpine F353 as it was getting old and I wanted more thump.

My system is Alpine 9813 HU, Alpine PDX-5 amp, Polk DB 6.75 componets,Polk DB coaxails 4x6 rears, 2-10" Polk MOMO subs @ 2ohm, in a down firing box in a 98 GMC ext cab truck.

120 amp alternator, large conventional battery, 1frad cap, 8 ga power wire.

why dont you just get a 4 channel and a mono?

I would like to stay with the single amp just to simplify wiring.

The Belle is great but out of my price range.

The ones I listed are close in power,size, cost.

I would like 400 watts to to subs,

the PDX-5 stays at 300 watts @ 2ohms, no bass boost features of any sort.

Its not a single amp option, but what about getting a matching PDX1.600 for the subs, and keep the PDX5 for just the 4-channel portion....

I like the Arc Audio KS900.6 as a replacement all-in-one solution. 550watts on the sub channel.

Thanx guys , I going to up-grade the power wire to 4ga, re-check the deck settings.

The Alpine 9813 has time delay, crossover settings,Parametric EQ.

I changed nothing on the deck, but I changed boxes and added a extra sub.

The Polks call for .65 cu ft each it now has .95 cu ft each.

Memphis Belle mc1300 Its a little old and huge but you can find them pretty cheap (Ebay)Where I picked mine up. It has tons of power and best of all the sub channel will get down to 1ohm 1100 watts to the sub and 75 watts to your mids And its a fairly clean. This amp will push anything you can throw at it. And Its so flexable
