5% on front windshield

I was on the steve meade forums the other night and saw this kid saying his 5% on his front windshield. How is that possible? lol heres a vid of it

I had 50% on the windsheild of my jimmy and 15% all around and it was just fine, just no glares during the day or nite. Gonna be doin the same to my envoy this week.

I have 25% in the rear, and I can't see out of it at night.
