Hey i am running a sundown 3000 and am having to get my 9512 reconed, was looking for some advice on what would be louder and recommended box build for it. was also thinking the 9512 may not be able to handle all that power and dont think i could afford another 9500 so i might sell it and get two 3512s, let me know what you guys think would be loudest!

Thanks for all opinions and suggestions

what about 1 9515? BTW ive put over 3kw per 9500 with no problems at all.. you need to upgrade your electrical system and learn how to properly set your gains.. also you need to have a custom built box by someone who knows what to build..

i have a 3400 in the trunk going to my saz3000, and yes its all 0gauge. I had a DD authorized dealer build me the box too...

and i am all ears if you want to teach me about properly setting gain, ive never had an official how to on gain setting

Two 3512's would likely still outperform a single 9515. The pair of 3500's would have more displacement potential, and less power compression. The 9500 series would have to have insanely better efficiency to overcome those two disadvantages.
