advice on speakers (6 1/2")

Hello everone,

I am planning on purchasing a pair front speakers 6 1/2" and need some advice on what I should get. Here is what I am considering,

Infinity 652i

Pioneer TS-A1670R

RF FRC4306

I am currently running an Kicker 1400 amp to an 12" Boston Acoustics.

I dont have much to spend, around $200 cdn max. Any advice would be greatly appriciated. Thanks ya.

Probably Infinity 652i

but it really depends on your taste, go and listen to them.
