is a 140 amp alternator enough to power 1400 watts RMS with an optima yellow top?

i don't care about dimming since even very HO alternators have dimming, as long as it is enough to keep my system alive for daily driving

i had a 140 alt with a yt...it held up fine but i did get dimming..get the big three done

just used some convenient power conversion tools and apparently 140 amps is enough for 1700 watts :O

even if you had a 250 amp alt, do the big three.
