Amp kill switch help. 4 Pin Rocker?

No reason why you couldn't. It's not really the best use for that particular switch, but it's not going to harm anything.

I always used a switch to control a relay for the amp, but thats a personal decision.

Double Pole Single Throw (DPST) Switch

Also, the switch itself should have a wiring diagram embossed on it telling you how to hook it up. Looking at the page you posted, it would appear that the switch doesn't have a ground, just 2 inputs, 2 outputs.

A standard SPST (or 2 pin as you say) would be more appropriate.
