Amp showing different DMM readings on each channel

Alright so short and simple

Tuning my amp gains with a DMM.

Need 28.28 for 400 RMS per sub.

Running 2 4ohm DVC Hifonics subs to 2 ohm load on 2 Channels on an Arc Audio FD 2200.

I can get one channel to 28.28 but the other channel is reading 16 - 19 and I'm trying to figure out why. Maybe someone here will have some insight

I am using a stock headunit with a LOC. (stock headunit is a double din and it sounds clean with my added soldered AUX input)

You have a blown cap in the amp more than likely. Had the same thing happen to a soundstream amp.

No need to bypass the amp. Most use an LOC that takes the full amped signal and turns it into a flat RCA level signal. Here is the newest I have...
