I bought an audiopipe 10001D amp used. I noticed on ebay they sell them with an 80 amp fuse and fuse holder. There is no fuse on the amp. Does that mean I should put a 80 amp fuse close to the amp? I already have a 80amp fuse next to my battery. Im running 1000 watts @ 1ohm.

It would be cheaper, it might be easier to find a place to mount it, and you would have a ton of options if you just do two, 3 slot fuse holders...

I plan on getting the fuse to run as a front sub/midbass in my kick panels...I've heard they sound good but you definitely wont get mirror shaking...
