battery question

For that small of a system, a single decent battery under the hood will be more than enough. You more than likely can run that system off the stock alt without any issues. I would recommend either the Kinetik HC1400 or the XS D5100. I have the HC1400 in my Civic and push about 800W with no back battery and stock alt. You should be fine too.

you should be fine with an OEM replacement if that's all you'll be running. just know upgrades are gonna be required if you get bigger amps.

I think your stock battery should work for that, as long as it works correctly. Do you plan to upgrade?

I quickly killed two flooded batteries in my car after adding the audio system. The first one was the original battery that had 5 years on it, so I just figured it was time. I replaced it with an OE equivalent and that one too died within 2 months. That is when they sold me the HC1400 and I have had it in there for about 5 years now.

Also, my amps used to go into protect every now and then before I added the Kinetik. In the past 5 years, I have never had one single power issue. IMO, a good battery is priceless.

so is your watch

FYI You can only have 10 images (smileys) in a single post.

I had my 9.1 on a stock battery for about 4 months on nothing happened //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

But my stock alt is a nice size.
