So had a question about these I know how to put the wire through from the amp on (purple side) you just unscrew drop the wire in the hole and screw tight but my question was how do you connect the wire on the rear from the subs (blue) could I just solder it on there?

Yes. Ring terminals will work great. crimp them pretty good. You can hit with solder to make a secure solid connection, and then Heat shrink over the crimped area. Make a nice clean look as well.
