Has anyone used these box terminals before? Opinions? How are you guys wiring them?

Finally getting my foot back into the game and there are so much new products out there.. Trying to re-educate myself and get familiarized with these new products.

So you can change the sub wiring outside the box. Ex....4 ohm load to 1 ohm load, without taking the subs out of the enclosure.
