Hi, I was wondering what would the optimal choice for a crossover. I have a Polk MM6501 component set with a passive crossover, but I'm looking to go active. I'm looking at using a SAX-50.4 or a SAX-100.4D which both have built-in crossovers I believe. I also have an EQ with crossover, and a HU with crossover. Which one would be the best to utilize?

Also, is it really worth it to go from passive to active? (I'm new to this). And do you think a Sundown 50.4 would be enough to power these comp. sets on separate channels? The polks are rated at 25-125RMS per side, so I'm not sure how much each tweeter or mid actually need and I know Sundown has underrated RMS. Thoughts?
