Distribution Block? Bass Blockers? work with my setup (long post!)?

I was recommended to go with bass blockers for the tweeters I am going to install. Also with a Distribution Block, but is it necessary for either one of these. I somewhat understand the need for bass blockers (only heard about them today, so maybe a little insight after you read the specs on my system), and as far as the Distribution block is concerned, since I am going to have a capacitor, is this really needed too?

Also could someone please tell me, again by the system I am going to run, since both AMPs will require 4 gauge wiring, what the MAIN wire I run from my battery to either the distribution block or straight to a capacitor (no distribution block) should be gauge wise?

I have a 2008 Mustang GT on a stock battery and stock alternator. I dont think it should be a problem.

Please check out my system, and let me know your comments on them, i will be implementing it soon and want to be absolutely sure things match how they should and require what i need.

Below is a list of my setup of what I already have been researching day and night for at least 2 weeks on trying to get it right.

HEAD UNIT

My current headunit which I already have and currently using which will not be upgraded is a Pioneer Premier DEH-P590iB

SUBWOOFER

Yes, the Rockford HE2's I DO have already that a friend of mine gave me for some PC work I did for him as payment so I have two of those. 400W RMS each

SUBWOOFER ENCLOSURE

This is enclosure i'm thinking of getting. Since the trunk is very weird in the S197's I would need to have it custom made to fit all the way back there. Places around here, I heard start at $225+ and I really was hoping I wouldnt have to spend more than $100, but with prices like those, the $140 total I am looking at for this, isnt too much, and people are happy with it by the feedback

SUBWOOFER AMP

I'm still trying to find a decent AMP (trust me im looking ALL the time, for ones that match at least 400W RMS @ 4 OHMS. I found one possibly for 380W RMS which I may get if I dont find something I do like that is 400W if the quality of the 380W is very good.

I have seen many different quality names. Truthfully I am not looking to pay at all more than $160 for the amp. I'll probably then just stick with my 250W RMS/each amp that I ALREADY have, that ALREADY works well, and loose the 150W that the subs can push more for the time being till I see something I like for the price I like.

TWEETERS

I bought some Tweeters off of Ebay, they were cheap, exactly how I wanted them to be, bought them to try them out and see how I like them, if they blow they blow. these are going to be amplified by the Headunit. They will be wired so if they do blow, it will be easy to take out and rewire another set. $3 pair off eBay so I'm not too worried. Plus, my friend who is helping me out as well said it is a possibility that once the RCA's coming from the 4 channel amp are plugged in, maybe the speaker out cables from the Headunit may not be functional anymore, so again, cheap tweeters just in case that happens, no big loss of money. The tweeters do say 500W, most likely Peak, and the HU puts out 22 RMS so I dont it should be too much of a problem in the beginning.

SPEAKERS

Below are the speakers you said you preferred over the Alpines I had asked about in my previous thread in the electronics section. Infinity KAPPA 682.9cf

http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_19643_Infinity_Kappa_6829cf.aspx

Question: IF I didnt get 2 pairs of these Infinity's, but only one (the ones for the front),the 4 channel amp that does put out 100W RMS to each speaker, if changing the REAR speaker to somewhat of a lower quality, yet has a much higher RMS (dont care if the RMS is higher because the AMP can only do 100W/speaker, will make any difference? I hear that the rear speakers dont really matter as much, and if I am going to spend an extra $20 or $30 for something that i probably wouldnt really notice the difference, then I think that is pointless and I think I could put that money into something more. This is just what I hear though cuz some ppl just wire their REAR's up to the HU which is not outputting a fraction of what the 4 channel Amp is, so my intention of buying a lower quality speaker if it is not going to be doing as much as the front speaker makes more sense. Now, the only draw back is the car is a ***** to take apart to get to the rear speakers, I may just end up paying the extra $30 for the same Infinity's as in the front so I dont have to worry about tearing the car apart again because of a cheaper quality speaker. THAT is my DILEMMA.

SPEAKER AMP

The ones I decided one were the two you had looked at in my earlier email where you said they are pretty much the same, so out of the two, you said the 2nd one. Either way, that is what im gearing towards too more. One of those 2!

CAPACITOR

You said you liked the Capacitor I was going to get and I believe it is enough for the setup I'm looking at with some left over for maybe a light or two (on a switch)
