Ebay Picture scam

"This auction has been reported to ebay as a 'picture only' scam. If it is a mistake, I suggest you change the auction immediately."

I asked the seller what I would get if I was the winner of the auction...

he changed the description on the page saying it was a type-o....and it was his fault...and that it is pic-up only...not sure what to think

I really don't think that seller is going to risk 6 years of perfect reputation to try a proven ineffective quick buck scheme.

I sent him an email, probably one of many for a lot of people. Talk about getting hell over a spelling error. Hopefully he'll add an edit saying the winner get's the **** bike and not pictures to shut some overly aggressive 05'ers up.

On May-10-07 at 09:57:38 PDT, seller added the following information:the pic only was a tupe-o sorry. It was supposed to say "pick-up only". sorry about that, it was my mistake.
