Item(s) for Sale: Eclipse CD5435
Item(s) Description/Condition: I bought the unit BNIB and used it for about 4 months. I deployed in February and within the first month there was a storm at my house that managed to blow the stand-up basketball hoop in my driveway onto my car. My wife took my car in to have the collision repair done but didn't detach the faceplate. The people who fixed the damage decided to max out the bass settings and fried my sub and my sub amplifier...I also noticed that the speakers running on the H/U in my front stage didn't sound right so I pulled the H/U and replaced it along with the RCAs and some other wiring. I replaced my sub amp before pulling the unit and it sounded fine, I got no strange noises or anything...I guess I'm a bit OCD and couldn't stand having that H/U in the car knowing it was installed when the folks at the collision repair shop decided to have a block party with my car. So far as I can tell nothing is wrong with the unit other than the reduced SQ on the internal amplifier's front channels...this may or may not be the placebo effect (lol). Otherwise the unit is in fantastic shape, with the original box, manual, remote, trim ring, etc.
