the origional seller (johnjv) has it, he went and picked it back up. I am wanting to ship it out to Chris (dB-r) or direct to Soundstream, but they both want pictures to see if they are willing to work on it. I have a feeling that between the amp being a POS in the first place and that Jack azz Mike messing it up even worse, that I have a $300 POS that I will never see. I am losing faith almost everyone on these forums. There is almost no honesty or ethics left.

I would say to anyone who does not have their amp from him at this point, Call his local police and report your specific situation, as they know the issue and my be under the impression that he has resolved the problem.

Count me in there too. I was pretty much promised it would be done by last weekend, and haven't heard from him since. I will be calling the police again tomorrow to update them on the situation. Still have the court papers sitting here ready to be dropped in the mail, still trying to give him the benefit of the doubt.
