Frequency respone for sound quality.

Pay no attention to "manufacturer rated" frequency response.

#1 most of the time you don't even know how it's rated, and #2 the speakers actual response in your system will depend on your install/vehicle/etc.

And, lastly, as audiolife mentioned...you're never going to use the sub that high anyways.
