There is more to it then just replacing the glass. The glass is only a protective screen and that is it. Although there is probably some special coating on the glass to make the colors more vibrant. FWIW you could simply replace with a standard tempered glass from any glass shop.
BUT, you need to figure out what is wrong that makes the picture not display. That is a bad thing. I do IC rework and have done so on Pioneer Elite plasma's.
