i assume the car alarm wiring is so the lights flash with the beep of the arm and disarm of the alarm?

it's pretty sweet, i was curious how cars did that, seems pretty easy with this kit.

i saw a new f150 at a football tailgate a while ago, it was lifted with some gnarly rims and tires, and when the guy armed his alarm, he had strobes in the wheel wells of the truck, so it flashed for a second and lit up the rims. looked awesome and was always curious how it was done.
