Help New Mechman Alt Prob

so i just installed my new alt yesterday with no problem ' today in the morning i started hearing this clicks and whinning sounds coming from the alternator i look closely and inside i could see a white small rapper i took it out but i could see blue whitish small sparks inside the alt :/ and it smells like burning .... i checked the voltage at idle 13.15
