[HELP] [VIDEO] Pioneer TS-W301R Subwoofer - Rattling

tap on the cone to see if its the cone making the noise, if it is, check for areas that came unglued

Push down on the subwoofer cone to see if there's any loud scratchy noise, if it is then its coil rub, the sub wont have much longer

Check the spiders (aka the yellow suspension) for any rips or tears by pushing down on every area.

Check to see if the surround is properly glued down all around.

That would be a function of the harness, not the HU, I think. Have you looked into a Maestro or iData interface? i would check with crutchfield...

I went with Kenwood Exelon. Audio Control amp and speakers. It’s amazing! I’m glad I did some research before buying. Thanks guys.
