First, you need to upload them somewhere like Image Shack or your photo gallery on here.

Then, once they are uploaded, you put the address of the image in the tags.

So, you'd have

Of course, you could have found the information on how to post pics by doing a search. Its the button marked (strangely) SEARCH. Try it, like it, love it.
