Alright guys,
I have an interesting build going. This is for a 56’ houseboat on Lake Shasta. Looking to upgrade entire system, something that offers clean audio inside the cabin and loud off the back deck for when we’re all floating.
Preferably a head unit that has full screen for the helm and a secondary screen for the back of the boat, ideal would be the second screen to pick up Bluetooth as well as the back is quite a distance from the helm. The interior speakers, head unit, and amps do not need to be Marine grade, exterior speakers do.
Current setup is a Ken wood head unit to a 6 channel selector, to 5 pair speakers: front deck, living room, back bedroom, back deck, penthouse.
I’m down for paying for quality, I just ordered a pair of JL Audio 6x 9 to replace the aging Blaupunkt 6x9 in the living room. All other speakers are 6.5 Sony, and I’m willing to upsize holes of needed.
