Image Dynamics ID8D4 or Arc 8D4?

I need a 8" SQ sub for my single cab pickup that doesn't have a mounting depth over say 5 inches. I had a 10" sub, but I ditched it in favor of gaining some legroom behind my passenger seat.

Yes, I searched this forum. I found very little on the Arc, and nothing comparing comparing the two....

Anyone have any experience with either sub?

Also, is the Arc sub made by ID? If so, is there any differences (in SQ) between the two? Is one anyone better than the other?

yes, the arcs are basically the same thing as the id8. build by id.

I was just messing. Analogy that the products are the same. The difference being that my sales rep from Arc admits to ID. Now that's immediate honesty, nothing to hide.

I sell the Arc 8's and a customer of mine had the ID8...looks the same. Even the T/S parameters for each are the same. I give it a thumbs up, would do business again. A+
