in dash dvd player help

i have heard of people bypassing the parking brake function on the in dash dvd players can someone please explain the procedure .it would be great so my son can watch a movie on the way back from his youth hockey games most are out of town thanks

But since it's easter I'll be nice. We can't help you if you don't tell us what kind of radio it is, as each bypass is different. Mine was very simple, just ground the parking brake wire. Not every radio is like that though...

try grounding the parking wire out, or putting a switch in it, and flip on off on off. i have heard of it being done with a few relays but i havent personally seen it.
