No way!

It is birch 11plywood, stronger, and lighter than MDF.

Time to bring this build back alive, just ordered some carpet and a logo //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

I can say I have had the 6,8 and 10 spider pack from dd on my 9515's and I peak @ 39hz on dash sealed and 45hz in the kick door open and all spider packs did the same number. Only thing I did notice is the stiff ones seem to have a little better control at high excursion. So I dunno. That box seems small for 9500's to me. I like 2.75-3.0 a 9512 but thats just me. If your happy with it stick with it but I have noticed them being louder and lower in a bigger box. I understand if you were trying to stay below the window line then you can only fit what you can fit. By the way my buddy with 2 9512's on one m3 in 7 cubes was doing 154.5 in the kick @ 45hz in a s-10 blow through.Food for thought on the bigger box thing.Nice box and setup by the way.Sorry for the ramble.

Looks good!
Whats the average price of 11 ply lately? I'm in MI so might not be much different.

I think I wanna keep some of the weight down this time around.
I got 11 ply birth with no "pretty vinear" or whatever for ~$27 a sheet.

With the pretty layer on it it's like an extra $10.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Hell that ain't bad since an MDF sheet is $26 up here.

I'll see if I can get it around $30 2 hrs south is a 8 dollar price difference or sumthin like that so......maybe I'll build a box at my Uncles residence.
