Cosmetically- 8/10, there are a few scratches by the mounting feet, very little. There is some extremely small scratches under the power and ground. you cannot see them unless you look.
Function- 10/10, was purchased new from AMS in Madison, Wi in 2011. Was used for six months and then my friend totaled her car. Has just been sitting at her house until i bought it.
Reason for selling: I have no use for it. i was going to give it to my brother but i bought him a jl 500/1 instead. Now just saving up to get a big boy system.
