Is it new or used? How can it be brand new if its in mint condition. What is your definition of brand new?

Its clearly used and not mint condition. First pic on the right side of the wallet you can see a red smudge in the middle and another smudge off to the right top side. On the left side of the same pic you can see a blue smudge running through the card spacers closer to the left edge.
