On the flip side no one in their right fucking mind would ship first with an amp like this.....

That's what I'm thinking... I don't have $3k & if I did & I spent it on an amplifier for a car my wife would make sure I wouldn't be typing this (read, 6 ft under) but, I'm guessing with something like that the best thing to do would be for both parties to talk to an escrow service.
