Most under rated "2000w" amp.

One of the smaller orgs I compete in has a class where there is a wattage limit of 2000w.

So... can someone tell me what the most under rated sub-2000w amp is?

Right now the IA 20.1 comes to mind.... rated at 1800w.

US Amps makes a 2000watt that easily does 3k+ @ 12v & 1ohm. It's like the 2000x or something.

Stupid question here, but if you put 2000 watts to your subwoofers, what about the mids/highs? Wouldn't that push you over the limit with a 2000 watt rated amplifier?

I'd just be worried about the inefficiency of the class a/b....?

ia7 by cadence they have some banging series amps that push just under 1800rms for like 400$

most good amps are a bit underrated... rockfords top line soundsstream TRA do a bit more than rated along with a few other amps like cadence(some rated @ 13.8 instead of 14.4) and a hand full of independant companies like RD audio sundown rate most of there stuff around 13.5 i know my 1750s do 1600 @ 12.5 and are rated to do 1750 @ 14.4 more like 1900 with a true one ohm load @ 14.4 and about 2200 @ a true .75 ohm load...
