the mtx 12 ohms are the T61012 right, the 10" thunder 6000's if you want to power 6 of them with this amp, youll probably give each sub close to 300 watts if your lucky and get one of the amps that do lots more than rated, and if you can feed them14.4 volts constant. have you thought about the huge drain this amop will have on your elec. system?

You can wire those subs up @8 ohms if they are both SVC4 ohm subs,and that amp will run fine after being tuned properly...

The 240 should be 2x40/ 2ch. rated at 11.9v. Should generate close to 50+ @14v rms. Only Rated @4 ohms bridged Mono.. Should be around 125 rms...
