MTX 9500 broken basket

Don't even do it

Not worth it.

Those MTX's were shitty designed.

It can be repaired the ghetto way, but I'd advize you to look @ something else

u could make a mold of the basket with the other good part of the basket, and with the mold fill it with jb weld. let the jb weld dry then attach to the basket with jb weld. other than that its useless

too much work. i think im gonna weld some rebar to it, put it in a box and sell it to some dumb highschool kid. he'll never know

ur a lowlife scammer then
ban???
i wouldnt actually do that. youd be able to tell its broken cause its missing a good size chunk.

any idea WTF they did to it to break the basket?

offer them $30. tell them you just need a couple little parts and the rest is trash.
he said he bought it off the internet and it came like that. i went and got it this morning and everything else is good, just the basket is broken. paid $35. i hooked it up to my amp it sounded good. the mounting ring around the surround is still intact so i put it in a box and it seems to work right. i think im just gonna use it for my home stereo system
