I am upgrading to a crescendo 1500.1F and hifonics Brutus 2400. I have a 185A alt currently and 2 deka intimidators group 31. Am I going to need more batteries? Assuming so how many to keep my current alt?

Why do you want to keep your current alt? Upgrading the alt is the best way to do it, also cheaper than adding batteries in the long run.
