Need help on parts and accessories

hey guys i have a mazda b2300 and i am looking to put a body kit on it as well as some other misc things well the problem is that i can't find much stuff to put into it as well i also wanted to know if my 1996 mazda b2300 is compatible with a ford ranger of 96 as well. please help guys i wanna get started as soon as possible.
