No offense but if someone were to go through the hastle of dropping a v8 in there they should have put in something a bit bigger maybe a built 350. Im sure it would have been a tighter fit but with all the work already done it shouldnt have made a huge difference

this is a common conversion for volvo's because it is very simple.....a small block ford fits perfectly in the space with little modification and the motor mounts line up perfectly.

A larger motor would have required a bit more effort and fabrication:fyi:

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
