Sorry if this has been covered, but I searched google as well as the Jeep forums and could not find exactly.  Going with a Kenwood Excelon DDX#### double din for a new Jeep Wrangler and saw the vids on cutting and grounding the wire to make use of the DVD while driving.  The new HU will not have a dvd but will this also allow use of the rear camera full time.  My spare tire on the jeep chews up the back window, and I would like a rear view mirror.  If not, can you please point me in the correct direction.  Can do with Seicane 10.1 unit, but I really don't know if I want the screen when the sound quality is more important and the  kenwood/poineers seem more stable.

They should work. I have 6.5s in my lower door to replace the 8" subs that came with my mustang. They are fantastic, and outperform the 6 x 8s...

I would add an ANL Fuse @the amplifier supply with its recommended 100 ANL fuse, and Keep the 120-150 @the Battery...

You may or may not like the sound of just dropping into the stock locations but loading into the glass is definitely going to cause some issues...

LOL - mine was a higher end model too - iirc deh-9300. Low mileage too, it was sitting around for year collecting dust.
