Planet Audio Vortex amp I.D ??

Hi;

I have aquired this HEFTY, unidentified Vortex amp.

It looks "Old School" but I don't know for sure.

The label on the bottom is faded so bad that I can't read it.

It looks like it says 1080 MB.

I'm hoping someone on this forum will know what it is.
