problems with rattling cab

my friend has a 92 gmc sierra single cab or one of those huge trucks an hes got a 12" audiobahn behind the seat. the entire cab has no fabric its just all metal except for the seat. but when he turns it up instead of sounding cool it sounds like somebody turned on a bunch of vibrators. so how could he fix that for a small price??

my friends an idiot instead of buying a sub brand new in a box he goes to a pawn shop in the ghetto an buys the sub on display which didnt even come with the chrome mounting ring an the sub was so poorly made that the screw wholes werent even lined up straight like their suppose to be he thought the sub was 550 watts max turns out its 1100 watts max

the funny thing is he used to have his house speakers in his it was like 4 6.5 woofers an they were even lounder than his audiobahn
