Ok this is when i first put it in and the hole is sealed and the wires aren't touching. Also it's not like its bare wire touching each other. I drilled the hole too big on accident . Just calm down this was right after the box was installed

Every shop has different rates so no, no one can tell you what one would charge unless they're quoting for that shop.
Your low pass filter should be set at 80Hz to begin with. From there, you can adjust up or down to suit your taste. And with a ported box you need to use the infrasonic filter. It should be set about 5-10Hz below tuning. If you don't use it, you stand the chance of over excursion below tuning, which can result in damage to your subs.
What is the infrasonic filter?

That is an Alpine MRP-M2000, a 2000 watt amplifier, and OP doesn't know about infrasonic filter, phase control, has messy wiring, a hole in a box "for direct wiring", and doesn't understand why small power wires is not a good idea for an amplifier than can pull close to 200 amps. How many times did your amp go into protect already from low voltage and speaker wire shorting out at the terminal?

How about you take it to a reputable shop and let them fix your monkey of an install and tune the amplifier and headunit, because you don't seem to know enough yet to DIY with all these somewhat expensive equipment.

It's been a couple of days man and you still havnt pulled them out yet? If there is an issue with them and your playing your subs then you could damage your audio equiptment. I know your probably some what busy but if you want help. Post pics of the wiring and what it all looks like now.
