Sundown SA 8 V.3 or X8 V.2?

I am interested in some sundown 8's for a 2011 F-250 extended cab truck. (see the thread linked below for what space I have to work with).

I am seeking advice on if I would be better off with the SA 8 or the X8's... I want to hit the lows and be loud for a pair of 8's.

I also want good SQ. I don't need the loudest 8 on the market but I want right next to it...

I plan to power with either a SAE 1000 or T1000bdcp, or SAE 1500 or T15001bcd, depending on if I go with the SA V.3 or the X8.

I appreciate any info you guys can give me.

Thank you!

I have the sa-8 v3's run off a cab 1600.1 and personally I would've liked a little more headroom. I personally wouldn't run them on any less than the 1500 and I would personally suggest more.

Wired to option #1 would be ideal for those subs. I have quite a few 10s. in the proper enclosure, tens can get down pretty good with the right...
