Sundown Saz-1500D blowing fuses

Well....My amp has worked fine since March...However, today it decided to start blowing its fuses....I took the original fuses out and they looked as though they had gotten really hot. The plastic casing on a few of them was swolen.....So, I checked all my wiring, nothing was shorted or loose....I then unhooked my subs in case one/both was causing this problem...Then I put in a fresh set up fuses and they popped almost immediately..So that eliminated my subs being the cause..So there is obviously something internal that is causing this....Has anyone who owns this amp encountered this same problem?? I'll be sending it to db-r but was curious if anyone has experienced this and what was the cause....

Is there any loose strands of power wire touching the ground on the terminals. Sounds like it might be grounding out? Idk thats wierd.

If an internal part is broken and shorting it will blow fuses like that. Probably need some new parts - Chris can fix a 1500D in no time //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Here is a couple of pictures...Chris previously repaired it....It definitely looks like it got a "little" hot in there....
